PRO-Cordillera: PNP’s Best Police Strategy Management Unit
PRO-Cordillera, under the leadership of PCSUPT Elmo Francis Sarona, was awarded as the Best Police Strategy Management Unit by President Rodrigo Duterte in lieu of the celebration of 115th Police Service Anniversary at the PNP National Headquarters , Camp Crame, Quezon City on August 17, 2016 .
PROCOR always demonstrates exemplary performance in the PNP organization; PCSUPT Robert G. Quenery , Deputy Regional Director for Administration / Chief, Regional Police Strategy Management Unit again received the award at Camp Crame just this Wednesday .Since his assumption as DRDA on September 2014, PRO-COR bagged the Silver Eagle Award PGS initiation Stage in 2013 and the Golden Eagle Award on the PGS Compliance Status last year.
PNP AFIS; Big Help in Crime Solution
Through the incontestable result of the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) as an indispensable aid in crime investigation combined with the sophisticated skill of the investigators in lifting fingerprints at the crime scene, two suspects for alleged Theft and Robbery cases were immediately solved.
In Baguio City, latent prints collected by the competent and dedicated Police Investigators of Station 1 and Station 10 of Baguio City Police Office (BCPO)were initially screened and examined by Fingerprint Examiner of Baguio City Crime Laboratory Office then submitted to PNP Crime Laboratory Headquarters for AFIS Registration and Inquiry that led to the revelation of the identities of the perpetrators and had served as basis in filing appropriate cases against them in court.

Unstoppable Cordi Police: 2.9 Billion MJ again Destroyed in Kalinga
The aggressive campaign against illegal drugs of PROCOR under the leadership of PCSUPT ELMO FRANCIS SARONA proved its sincerity that resulted in the destruction of 2.9-Billion worth of marijuana plants in the hinterlands of Tinglayan, Kalinga.
Sometime on the second week of August, a total of 2.2 Billion worth of marijuana plants and derivatives found in 15 hectares of marijuana plantation in Tinglayan, Kalinga were destroyed. As the operation progresses despite the rainy season, the worth of marijuana eradicated increased to Php2, 937, 625, 000.00 Billion within a land area of 34.9 hectares.
