PNP is now in need of 14,484 new police officers, apply through Online Application
PROCOR CAMP BADO DANGWA: For the first time, the Philippine National Police (PNP) is now accepting online application for the CY 2017 PO1 Recruitment Program with a projected quota of 14,484 for Police Officer 1 (PO1) for Calendar Year 2017 nationwide to beef up the PNP’s personnel strength.
PROCOR Regional Director PCSUPT Elmo Francis Sarona said that the Online Recruitment Application System (PNP ORAS) will greatly help applicants to minimize the hassle or stress in aspiring to become a police officer.
PROCOR Nabbed Gun Holder and Several Assorted Ammos Seized
PROCOR CAMP BADO DANGWA: PRO-Cordillera arrested five gun holders of unlicensed firearms and seized assorted firearms, several ammunitions and subversive documents.
Recently, four individuals were immediately arrested in a checkpoint for illegally possessing firearms and assorted ammunition at Sitio Tiiwan, Poblacion, Hungduan in the night of March 16, 2017. Prior to their arrest, personnel of Hungduan MPS flagged down two motorcycles driven by Hernanie Lamhi y Madani aka Hernan and Ben Baguilat y Madani aka Cresendo, 44, both farmers, and residents of Daclanto, Wangwang, Tinoc, Ifugao and their back ride John Lee Hondrado y Navarro aka Hernan, 24, alleged NPA member, and a resident of Brgy Posadas, Sara Ilo-ilo and Justine Aquino y Buarao aka “Ka Macoy”, 24, laborer, and with present address at Tondo, Manila.
As a result, the operatives confiscated one (1) cal. 45, One (1) 9mm, one magazine containing 26 rounds of ammunitions for cal. 45 and 9mm; one Binocular Waterproof with black pouch; one Quick Knife; cash money amounting to Php1,700.00, several subversive documents and maps of Hungduan and Tinoc, Ifugao; one pocket Wi-Fi gadget; One bolo; assorted dual sim cellular phones; and three Identification Cards of John N. Hondrado and identification Card ....
Wounded cops received Medalya ng Sugatang Magiting
PROCOR, La Trinidad, Benguet: The Police Regional Office Cordillera awarded the five wounded policemen with the Medalya ng Sugatang Magiting in recognition of their gallant stand against the heavily armed New People’s Army (NPA) in the recent ambush in their way to Malibcong town.
Chief Superintendent Elmo Francis Oco Sarona, PRO-COR Regional Director, personally awarded the wounded law enforcers with their medals while they were recovering from gunshot/shrapnel wounds at the Abra Provincial Hospital during his visit last Tuesday.
The wounded policemen PO2 Jessie P. Trinidad, PO1 Marion Dela Paz, PO1 Gerome Baldos, PO1 Kennon Sanggoy, and PO1 Von Harold Layao who are all members of the Abra Provincial Public Safety Company, showed extra ordinary performance of duty which demonstrates well of their dedication and competence of providing security and protection to the people of the Cordillera.
Three Suspects of Gun holder and Log Transporters Landed in Jail

PROCOR Arrested Nine Drug Suspects in a Series of Police Operations
PROCOR CAMP BADO DANGWA: Under the reinvigorated Project Double Barrel Reloaded of the PNP, 9 drug suspects were successively arrested in a series of buy bust operations and other police operation over the weekend.
In a buy-bust operation, five drug dealers were separately arrested by the members of the joint operatives of DEU, CIU, Station 4, 5 and 10, BCPO and members of PDEA-CAR.
