CAMP MAJ BADO DANGWA, Benguet, Philippines — PROCOR team led by PBGen Israel Ephraim T Dickson brought cheers to children this Christmas.

The team composed of the members of the Directorial Staff togetherwith the family of the Regional Director trooped to the DSWD Reception and Study Center for Children located at Sgt. Floresca Street, Aurora Hill, Baguio City to distribute gifts to the children on December 23, 2019.

and Christmas Eve Mass held at Saint Paul Church attended by the PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN ISRAEL EPHRAIM T. DICKSON together with his family, Command Group, PROCOR personnel, and Camp Dangwa community.

Abandoned and neglected children ranging from ages 9 years old and below who are under the custody of the DSWD Reception and Study Center for Children benefited the gift giving, which consist of assorted toys, ready to eat foods, and items such as milk, diapers, and laundry soaps.

In a short program, the RD gave his message which aimed at inspiring the DSWD staff and also the children and wishing them a happy Christmas this yuletide season.

Moreover, after the midnight mass on December 24, 2019, at the St Paul church, Camp Maj Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, assorted toys were also distributed to the children who attended the mass.

The activity is a manifestation that the Police personnel of Police Regional Office of PRO-Cordillera also cares for the less fortunate members of the society. This is a Filipino tradition of gift giving which shows appreciation and gratitude. (PROCOR RPIO)
