CAMP MAJOR BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet- As PROCOR cops continue to intensify its efforts against illegal drugs, a total of Php 102,000.00 worth of shabu were seized from three (3) drug personalities who were arrested in two separate anti-illegal drug operations conducted from September 14-15, 2021, in Baguio City.
According to the reports submitted to the Regional Director, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, the suspects were identified as Alysia Allidem Singson, 29; Jeson Aquino Pertubal, 31; and Enrique Viloria Ellie, 25, all are residents of Baguio City.
In Upper QM, Baguio City, suspect Singson was arrested by joint elements of Baguio CPO, NBI-CAR, and PDEA CAR after the implementation of a search warrant issued by Executive Judge Maria Ligaya V. Itliong-Rivera of Regional Trial Court Branch 5, Baguio City.

During the implementation of Search Warrant, found and confiscated from Singsong’s residence were: six (6) plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 12 grams with Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 81,600.00; one (1) aluminum strip containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu; one (1) transparent bottle containing 2ml of suspected liquid meth; nine (9) pieces of .38 caliber live ammunition; one (1) Smith and Wesson .38 revolver; and other drug paraphernalias.
Meanwhile, in East Quirino Hill, Baguio City joint elements of Baguio CPO; RIU-14, PDEG; RID/RSOG; RACU-COR and PDEA-CAR have arrested Pertubal and Enrique after they sold one (1) heat sealed transparent sachet of suspected shabu weighing two (2) grams with Php 13,600.00 SDP to an operative who acted as a poseur-buyer.
During the course of their arrest, operatives also seized additional one (1) heat sealed transparent sachet of suspected shabu weighing one (1) grams with PHP 6,800.00 SDP and other drug paraphernalias. On-site documentation and inventory of the seized pieces of evidence were done in the presence of their respective DOJ & Media representatives and Barangay Officials.
All suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to their respective arresting unit for documentation and proper disposition, while appropriate charges for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act are being prepared for filing against them. A separate charge for Violation of RA 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act against Singsong. (PROCOR-PIO)
